About the prices of medicines and products of medical appointment
Due to the continuing increase in prices for the medicines imported into the republic and products of medical appointment and deficit of the republican budget, and also for the purpose of improvement of providing the population with them the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Grant the right since February 1, 1993:
To republican production association "Tadzhikfarmation" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan to create retail the price of medicines and products of medical appointment, proceeding from average wholesale prices of acquisition including tax on value added and the established trade allowance;
To republican trade production association "Tadzhikmedtekhnika" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan to make leave of products (goods) at the free wholesale (vacation pay) prices including tax for value added, transportation expenses and charge to the wholesale (holiday) price, the established supplying and sales markup (the trade allowance);
To republican production association "Tadzhikfarmation" and Republican trade production association "Tadzhikmedtekhnika" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan if necessary to reduce the prices of medicines and products of medical appointment without changes of relations with the budget.
2. Approve the list of national groups and categories of diseases in case of which out-patient treatment medicines according to recipes of doctors are issued free of charge or on favorable terms, and also the most widely applied medicines provided on favorable terms according to appendix.
3. Charge to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan to determine in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan procedure for leave of medical goods by preferential and free fund.
