About approval of minimum rates of award for some types of use of works

1. Approve enclosed:

1) minimum rates of award for use of works by public performance according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) minimum rates of award for use of works by the public message according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) minimum rates of award for reproduction and (or) distribution of works according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) minimum rates of award for reproduction of audiovisual works for personal reasons without the consent of the author according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. Determine that the rates of award attached to this order are minimum for the types of use of works determined in them. Amount of remuneration, procedure and terms of its payment are established by the parties in the author's or license agreement signed with authors, their legal successors or the organization managing property rights of authors on collective basis.

3. To provide to department on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
