About approval of the Instruction about accomplishment in Ukraine Conventions on collection of the alimony abroad

According to the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the Convention on collection of the alimony abroad" of July 20, 2006 to No. 15-V and for the purpose of ensuring the arranged application in Ukraine of the Convention on collection of the alimony abroad signed in New York on June 20, 1956, I order:

1. Approve the Instruction about accomplishment in Ukraine of the Convention on collection of the alimony abroad which is applied.

2. To provide to the director of the department of state registration of regulations V. Butrimenko state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To provide to the head of department of systematization of the legislation and legal information O. Pushengko timely publication of this order, and also placement of its text and other information on accomplishment of this Instruction on the web page of the Ministry of Justice on the Internet.

4. To the head of department of documentary providing O. Tkachuk to provide order posylaniye to Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, with Head department of justice of areas, cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of justice V. Lutkovskaya.
