RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2015 No. 110

Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2015 No. 110 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (wholesale) "The report on the prices of wholesales of goods (products)" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:

1.1. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

"Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (wholesale) "The report on the prices of wholesales of goods (products)" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report from December 16, 2015 till January 15, 2016;

1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (wholesale) "The report on the prices of wholesales of goods (products)" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report from December 16, 2015 till January 15, 2016";

1.2. exclude Item 2;

1.3. in Item 3:

"Item 1" shall be replaced with words words "subitem 1.1 of Item 1";

words" (except the microorganizations), their separate divisions having separate balance" shall be replaced with words ", separate divisions of legal entities";

1.4. in the form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (wholesale) "The report on the prices of wholesales of goods (products)" approved by this resolution:
