About change of the laws concerning employment relationships

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 1999 No. 230-Z "About the individual (personified) accounting in system of the national social insurance" the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in paragraph five:

exclude the words "on the national social insurance (further-the payer of insurance premiums)";

after words "the Belgosstrakh company add the paragraph with the words "and its separate divisions";

in paragraph eight of the word "fees on the national social insurance" shall be replaced with words "compulsory insurance premiums".

2. From the paragraph of third of Article 4, of paragraphs two, the fourth and fifth parts one, paragraphs of the third or fifth of part two of Article 9, of the name, part one and paragraph one of part two of Article 10 and Article 12 the word "insurance" to exclude.
