RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2022 No. 497 and of August 31, 2022 No. 572

Based on items 4 and the 11th article 57 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2022 No. 497 "About questions of vocational training":

in part four of item 4 of Regulations of Admission of the faces for receipt of vocational training approved by this resolution:

"the case provided by the Provision" shall be replaced with words words "the cases provided in parts five and the seventh Provision Item 18";

words "the approved Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, - till August 15" shall be replaced with words "the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of August 31, 2022 No. 572, - till August 15 and on August 22 respectively";

in parts seven and the eighth item 4 of the Regulations on the organization of inservice training of the pupils, cadets mastering contents of educational programs of the vocational training approved by this resolution words by "the approved Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the approved resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2022 No. 572";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 2022 No. 572 "About questions of implementation of educational programs":

in appendix 2 to this resolution of the word "Stamp of Organization of Education" shall be replaced with words "Stamp of the organization - the customer of personnel";
