About some questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create republican public institutions - antiplague stations of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Determine Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the state legal entities specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Determine that financing of the republican public institutions specified in Item 1 of this resolution is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2017 No. 71 "About some questions of the Ministries of Health and national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

to add the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry with Item 30 of the following content:

"30. The republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of public health care" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

in the list of the state companies and public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

exclude Item 260;

add with Items 261, of 262, of 263, of 264, of 265, of 266, of 267, 268 and 269 following contents:
