About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2022 No. PP-464 "About measures for implementation of the investment project "Construction of Steam-gas Power Plant Capacity of 1 573 MW in Bayautsky District of the Syr Darya Region"

1. Take into consideration that:

with financial and technical assistance of the International Finance Corporation the investment agreement with consortium with participation of the companies "is signed by EDF International S.A.S." (France), "Nebras Power Investment Management B.V." (Qatar), "Sojitz Corporation" (Japan) and "Kyuden International Corporation" (Japan) for implementation of the investment project "Construction of Steam-gas Power Plant Capacity of 1 573 MW in Bayautsky District of the Syr Darya Region" (further - the Investment project);

the parcels of land total area 61, hectare in the territory of Bayautsky district of the Syr Darya region allocated for placement of the Investment project are transferred from category of lands of agricultural purpose to category of lands of industrial function;

for full implementation of the Investment project by investors there was need of modification of contours of the parcels of land for whom the construction of production facilities, auxiliary buildings and constructions is planned.

2. Make changes to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2022 No. PP-464 "About measures for implementation of the investment project "Construction of Steam-gas Power Plant Capacity of 1 573 MW in Bayautsky District of the Syr Darya Region" according to appendix.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
