About measures for establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation with subjects of entrepreneurship on reducing poverty

For the purpose of raising on the new level of process of fight against poverty in the republic, attraction to this work of subjects of entrepreneurship on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation and creation for them additional conveniences:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of employment and the reducing poverty, the Ministry of Economics and finance Authorized on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship, and also Chamber of Commerce and Industry about program implementation "20 thousand entrepreneurs - 500 thousand qualified specialists" (further - the Program).

2. Determine that subjects of entrepreneurship participate in the Program voluntarily based on the agreement on cooperation displaying them the rights and obligations.

3. Establish procedure according to which:

a) agreements on cooperation are signed:

with the subjects of entrepreneurship planning creation from 51 to 100 new workplaces - hokimam of areas (cities) and their first deputies on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty on the basis of proposals of assistants to hokim of areas (cities) on development of entrepreneurship, employment of the population and reducing poverty (further - assistants to hokim);

with the subjects of entrepreneurship planning creation from 101 to 200 new workplaces - the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokimama of areas and the city of Tashkent, and also their first deputies on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty on the basis of proposals of assistants to hokim;

with the subjects of entrepreneurship planning creation over 200 new workplaces - the minister of employment and reducing poverty, and also the Minister of Economy and Finance on the basis of offers of the Agency on work махаллабай and to development of entrepreneurship;

b) legal expertize of draft agreements about cooperation is carried out respectively by the Ministry of Justice and its territorial subdivisions;
