About modification and the amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to further enhancement of currency exchange control on the foreign trade transactions
For the purpose of further enhancement of regulation of the relations of calculation of overdue receivables and payables, repatriation of assets, and also procedure for delay of customs payments in the foreign trade transactions:
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
unification of terms of delay of customs payments and establishment of these terms no more than 120 days;
enhancement of procedure of payments of overdue receivables and payables, and also repatriation of assets in the foreign trade transactions.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
