For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic "About material security of prosecution agencies workers of the Azerbaijan Republic" of October 8, 2002 the No. 1054 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve monthly official pay rates of prosecutors and the amount of additional fee to their official pay rate for special ranks, and also monthly official pay rates of other prosecution agencies workers (appendices No. 1-11).
2. Approve "Procedure for provision to prosecutors of additional fee for length of service" (appendix No. 12).
3. Charge to the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic to perform payment to prosecutors and other employees of bodies of prosecutor's office of the monthly official pay rates established on the basis of this resolution, additional fee to official pay rate for special ranks, additional fee for length of service, and also expenses connected with other payments established by the law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About prosecutor's office" within the means provided in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2002" for content of bodies of prosecutor's office.
4. According to part of the sixteenth Article 12 and part two of article 38 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About prosecutor's office" to determine the sums of salaries for military rank to other employees of Military prosecutor's office of the Azerbaijan Republic having military rank according to appendix No. 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About increase in official (tariff) pay rates, and also salaries for military rank to the military personnel and civil employees of the Ministry of Defence of the Azerbaijan Republic" of September 3, 2001 No. 144-7.
