About modification of the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257 "About declaration form on goods and procedure for its filling", changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than April 1, 2025.

The changes made to procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. To add Item 2 after the paragraph of the fifth with the paragraph of the following content:

"in case of completion of action of the declared customs procedure of duty-free trade according to Item 2 of article 246 of the Code - the goods specified in Item 41 (23) this Procedure.".

2. In the subitem 42 of Item 15:
