1. Approve "The list of works and positions for the conclusion of the written agreement about full financial responsibility for failure to provide of safety of the material values issued for transportation, realization (leave), processing or application in production process at the companies in organizations and the organizations" and "The approximate individual agreement on full financial responsibility" (is attached).
2. Charge to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic as required in modification of the list of works and positions attached to this Resolution, to represent the offers to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
