About modification and amendments in appendix No. 3 to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value

According to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 27, 2022 I order to No. UP-122 "About Additional Measures for Further Enhancement of Customs Administration":

1. Make changes and addition to appendix No. 3 to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value, approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 8, 2017 No. 01-02/8-4 (рег. No. 2868 of March 14, 2017) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 11, the Art. 176), according to appendix.

2. This order is approved with the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
