About approval of the Regulations on "The control book"

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the ninth paragraph of Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About suppression of the interventions interfering development of entrepreneurship" of September 28, 2002 No. 790 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "The regulations on "The control book" approved with the Ministries of Economic Development, justices, taxes of finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and by the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic it (is according to the statistics applied).

2. Charge to the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic to provide allocation of financial resources in connection with printing of "The control book".

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Regulations on "The control book" of March 2, 1999 No. 31.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. General provisions

1.1.
