in the Rules of establishment of the minimum wholesale price for the socially important food products made, imported and (or) realized in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
2) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) socially important food products - food products at the expense of which physiological needs of the person which list affirms authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activity (further - SZPT) are satisfied;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
