"3.1. Movement (transportation) on the territory of the Russian Federation by physical persons of tobacco products and the subject obligatory marking by means of identification of nikotinsoderzhashchy products, not marked by means of identification in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including products which are goods of the Union, except for movements on the territory of the Russian Federation by the physical persons which reached age of 18 years specified to tobacco products and nikotinsoderzhashchy products is forbidden:
1) in number of no more than 200 cigarettes, or 200 products with the heated tobacco, either 50 cigars (cigarillos), or 250 grams of tobacco or total weight no more than 250 grams of the specified products in assortment on one physical person which reached age of 18 years;
2) in number of no more than 5 units of nikotinsoderzhashchy products (except for products with the heated tobacco) total nikotinsoderzhashchy amount or in total weight no more than 250 grams of bestabachny mix for heating on one physical person which reached age of 18 years.".
