Article 1. No. 77-Z "About fight against terrorism" to add article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2002 with part of the following content:
"The efficiency evaluation of providing with the state bodies and other organizations operating crucial objects, non-admissions of making of acts of terrorism on these objects by means of the organization and (or) implementation of security activities and observance of safety requirements, stipulated by the legislation and also accomplishment of preventive, regime, organizational and other measures for the prevention of terrorist activities and minimization of its effects is performed by subjects of fight against terrorism.".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2006 No. 175-Z "About security activities in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. To exclude from the name of the Law and paragraph one of Article 3 of the word "in the Republic of Belarus".
2. In paragraph three of Article 1 of the word of "cases of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word of "cases".
3. State Article 2 in the following edition:
"Article 2. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of security activities
The relations in the field of security activities are governed by the legislation on security activities, international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, and also the international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The legislation on security activities is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
