2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the description and drawings of flag and emblem of authorized state body in the field of customs affairs" of December 16, 2022 No. 686.
3. To the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.
4. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the means provided for the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding year and the next years.
5. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
