About modification and amendments in some orders

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes and additions are made.

2. To committees on consumer protection, trade, technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of the made changes and additions in constituent documents of Committees in authorized body;

2) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. In the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to the territorial authorities which are under authority of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also Committee of technical regulation and metrology (further - territorial authorities):

1) state registration of the made changes and additions in constituent documents of territorial authorities in authorized body.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
