About approval of the Order of interaction of subjects of system of the legal aid guaranteed by the state and the List of the documents confirming the right of person to receipt of qualified legal aid

For the purpose of realization of part of 1 Article 4, of part 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the legal aid guaranteed by the state", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Order of interaction of subjects of system of the legal aid guaranteed by the state according to appendix 1;

2) the List of the documents confirming the right of person to receipt of qualified legal aid according to appendix 2.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Order of interaction of subjects of system of the legal aid guaranteed by the state and the list of the documents confirming the right of person to receipt of qualified legal aid" of December 20, 2018 to No. 594;

2) Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of rendering the legal aid guaranteed by the state" of December 1, 2020 No. 587.

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
