About approval of the List of the strategic and other objects which are subject to anti-terrorist protection and Requirements to anti-terrorist security of strategic and other objects
For the purpose of realization of provisions of article 37 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to terrorism" and based on articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- The list of the strategic and other objects which are subject to anti-terrorist protection according to appendix 1;
- Requirements to anti-terrorist security of strategic and other objects according to appendix 2.
2. To the ministries, the state committee and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform selling expenses of the actions provided by this resolution within the means provided in the republican budget for the corresponding financial year.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
