About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning implementation of activities for adoption and the device of the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship in families of citizens of Ukraine during warlike situation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning implementation of activities for adoption and the device of the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship in families of citizens of Ukraine during warlike situation the enclosed changes.

2. To provide to the ministry of social policy reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning implementation of activities for adoption and the device of the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship in families of citizens of Ukraine during warlike situation

1. Paragraphs the first or fifth Item 11 of the Regulations on orphanage of the family type approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2002 No. 564 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 18, Art. 925; 2016, No. 60, Art. 2052; 2019, No. 44, Art. 1533; 2021, No. 33, to the Art. 1929) to state in the following edition:

"11. First of all get a job the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship, which in orphanage of family type:

are among themselves in the related relations, except as specified, when on medical indications or for other reasons they cannot be brought up together;

stay on primary registry of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship on the corresponding administrative and territorial unit;

during emergency or warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine are temporarily moved (are evacuated) within Ukraine or out of limits of Ukraine.

Children from among temporarily moved (evacuated) within Ukraine or out of limits of Ukraine in the absence of documents are arranged in orphanage of family type based on the statement from accounting and statistical card of the child. The specified extraction moves regional, Kiev city service for children in the place of stay of the child on primary accounting of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship or National social service on the written request of the relevant service for children. If the child has no corresponding conclusion about the state of health, physical and intellectual development, then after the device it in family parents tutors take measures for passing by the child of medical examination in healthcare institutions.".

In the Regulations on foster home approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2002 No. 565 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 18, Art. 926; 2006, No. 6, Art. 299; 2016, No. 60, Art. 2052; 2019, No. 44, Art. 1533; 2020, No. 50, Art. 1568; 2021, No. 33, Art. 1929):

Paragraphs of the sixth and seventh of Item 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"On education and cohabitation in foster home first of all the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship, staying on primary registry of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship on the corresponding administrative and territorial unit and the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship who during emergency or warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine are temporarily moved settle (are evacuated) within Ukraine or out of limits of Ukraine.
