About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About urgent measures for introduction of absolute state monopoly for production, storage and realization of ethyl alcohol" of July 8, 2022 No. 222
For the purpose of upgrade and increase in production capacity of the state company "Kara-Balta Spirtovy Plant", according to articles 66 and 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About urgent measures for introduction of absolute state monopoly for production, storage and realization of ethyl alcohol" of July 8, 2022 No. 222 the following change:
- add with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. Determine that the state company "Kara-Balta Spirtovy Plant" conducts procurement of the goods, works, services and consulting services connected with ensuring smooth operation on production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic, pharmaceutical and perfumery and cosmetic products by carrying out market monitoring and the subsequent direct conclusion of contracts with suppliers without restriction of the amount of purchase.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
