1. Make changes to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of carrying out payments and transfers with use of two-dimensional symbols of barcode (QR code)" (further - Rules) of December 11, 2019 (is applied) No. 2019-P-14/62-5-(PS).

2. To commercial banks, and also operators of payment systems / to payment institutes and their agents having mobile applications to recommend till November 1, 2024 and further on permanent basis to carry out full-scale installation of QR codes in trade and service companies (further - TSP) the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) With weekly surplus (in %) from total quantity of TSP with the minimum threshold value:

- from 1 to 500 TSP - 10%, but at least 7 TSP;

- from 501 to 1000 TSP - 7%, but at least 20 TSP;

- from 1001 to 2000 TSP - 5%, but at least 30 TSP;

- from 2001 and above - 3%, but at least 40 TSP.

2) the Additional qualitative index to determine the following ratio of QR codes in TSP in regions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
