1. Approve "Rules of appointment and payment to family of shekhid of grant of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" (are applied).

Rules of appointment and payment to family of shekhid of grant of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic

1. These rules are prepared based on the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About organization of grant of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to family of shekhid" of December 19, 2006 No. 493 and determine the mechanism of appointment and payment of grant of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to family of shekhid.

2. "The grant of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to family of shekhid" is appointed to following members of family of shekhid:

2.1. to the spouse (spouse);

2.2. to parents;

2.3. to the children who did not reach age of 18 years, or children with disability 18 years are more senior;

2.4. to the brothers and sisters who are brought up in orphanages;

2.5. to the grandfathers and grandmothers containing them according to the legislation;

3. If the members of the family of shekhid specified in subitems 2.3 and 2.4., study at full-time department of educational institutions, this grant is paid before education completion, but before achievement of 23 years by them.
