2. Action of part two of Item 3 of the Regulations on the representative of bondholders, procedure of activities of the general meeting of bondholders approved by this resolution does not extend to the bond issues emitted and in accordance with the established procedure registered to its introduction in force.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 23, 2023.
