ORDER OF ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE OF SPECIAL COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION SECURITY OF UKRAINE

of May 11, 2023 No. 392

About recognition No. 269 which voided the order of administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of May 14, 2020

According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 to No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", Item 10 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of May 14, 2020 No. 269 "About establishment of requirements for safety and information security to skilled suppliers of electronic confidential services and their isolated registration Items", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 16, 2020 at No. 668/34951.

2. To provide to the director of the department of information security of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective since December 31, 2023, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
