About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 136 and of July 28, 2021 No. 854

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 136 "Some questions concerning agreements on reimbursation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, Art. 717; 2022, No. 25, Art. 1283, No. 88, Art. 5473; 2023, No. 36, the Art. 1921) and of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (the Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, Art. 4230; 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1283) the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since July 1, 2023.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 136:
