Some questions of accomplishment of functions of medicine of catastrophic crashes
According to part one of article 36 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that the Ministry of Health performs management of service of medicine of catastrophic crashes.
2. Determine that:
subject of the national level of coordination of functioning of service of medicine of catastrophic crashes is the authorized institution concerning coordination of functioning of service of medicine of catastrophic crashes which the public institution "Ukrainian scientific and practical center of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" is;
subject of the regional level of coordination of functioning of service of medicine of catastrophic crashes is the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state (military) administrations, the centers of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes.
3. Approve procedure for accomplishment of functions of the enclosed medicine of catastrophic crashes.
4. Bring in Standard Regulations on the Center of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 21, 2012 No. 1116 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 92, the Art. 3739), the enclosed changes.
5. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
