About some questions of personnel policy in system of public authorities

I DECIDE:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the List of the positions of the political government employees, the official and other persons designated and exempted by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) in coordination with it, chosen on representation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also appointed and exempted in coordination with Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (marked "For office use");

2) Regulations on procedure for approval, position assignment and dismissal of political government employees, official and other persons of the Republic of Kazakhstan (marked "For office use").

2. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

3. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
