According to item 4 of article 64 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subitem 200-5) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Standard regulations on advisory councils concerning entrepreneurship according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of carrying out accreditation, including form of the certificate on accreditation, the bases and procedure for cancellation of accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship and other non-profit organizations according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of policy of development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
