According to Item 1) of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About identity documents", I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) sample of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the requirement to its protection according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) sample of the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the requirement to its protection according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) sample of the residence permit of the foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan and requirements to its protection according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) sample of the certificate of the stateless person and the requirement to its protection according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) sample of the travel document and requirement to its protection according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. To consider passports of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the identity certificate of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, residence permits of foreigners of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the certificates of stateless persons issued before enforcement of this order valid before the expiration of terms of their action.

3. To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
