About modification of the Regulations On the State Tax Service of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the State Tax Service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2019 No. 227 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 26, the Art. 900, No. 78, Art. 2696; 2020, No. 61, Art. 1991, No. 83, Art. 2666, No. 101, Art. 3268; 2021, No. 19, the Art. 796), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State Tax Service of Ukraine

1. The fourth the subitem 2 of Item 3 after words of "tobacco products" to add subitem 1 and the paragraph with words ", tobacco raw materials".

2. In item 4:

1) to add Item with subitem 6-1 of the following content:
