About approval of regulations of the prices of medicines in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of ensuring effective realization of state policy on price regulation on medicines, in pursuance of Articles 5, 6 and 8 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drug circulation", article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pricing", the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About urgent measures for development of health sector and improvement of quality of life and health of the population in the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 8, 2021 and according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No. 23:
1. Approve Regulations of the prices of medicines in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Rules) according to appendix.
2. From coming into force of this resolution to enter price regulation on the medicines included in the National list of the vital medicines (further - the List) approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the names provided in the List including all dosages allowed for use in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and packing.
3. Assign to Department of medicines and medical products under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - authorized body) functions on price regulation on medicines.
4. Determine that holders of registration certificates of medicines shall submit to authorized body the application for registration of the prices of the medicines which are subject to price regulation according to Item 2 of this resolution:
- on the medicines which are in circulation - before the expiration of three months from coming into force of this resolution;
