About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 14:

in the first offer of paragraph two of subitem 30 of the word "in limits" shall be replaced with words "within the current calendar year in limits";

add Item with the new subitem of the following content:

"42) money transfer for the purpose of accomplishment of debt obligations before the nonresident on the attracted resident to credit/loan (including returnable financial aid) [return of the amount of received (OI) by the resident borrower of credit/loan, interest payment for use of credit/loan and other payments determined in the relevant credit agreement / loan agreement which are subject to payment for benefit of the creditor/creditor] if such/such credit / loan is (fully or partially) provided/is provided with participation (by guaranteeing, guarantees) IFI or with participation (by crediting, insurance, the guarantee) foreign Export credit agency / foreign state through person authorized by it / the foreign person into whose list of participants (shareholders) the foreign state or foreign bank enters [provided that the foreign state is member (shareholder) of this bank]. Money transfer is in that case made taking into account requirements of Item 19-5 of this resolution.";
