About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

1. Bring in Item 14 of the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

Item to add 1) with new subitem 19-3 of the following content:

"19-3) transactions on payment of insurance payments (insurance indemnities) for benefit of nonresidents according to insurance contracts (reinsurance), return to advantage of nonresidents of insurance payments (their parts) according to ahead of schedule stopped insurance contracts (reinsurance) received after February 24, 2022 including the transactions connected with execution of judgments in such cases and on payment of the expenses connected with execution of such judgments;";
