2) the list and the description of awards for introduction of the significant contribution to rendering complex public legal aid according to appendix 2 to this order;
3) form of prize leaf for introduction of the significant contribution to rendering complex public legal aid according to appendix 3 to this order.

Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2019 No. 471 "About approval of the List and description of awards, forms of prize leaf for introduction of the significant contribution to rendering complex public legal aid" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19400).
3. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order;
