1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2020 No. 281 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state service "Apostilization of Archive References and Copies of the Archive Documents Coming from the Central Archive of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20989) the following change:
appendix 2 to Rules of rendering the state service "Apostilization of Archive References and Copies of the Archive Documents Coming from the Central Archive of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to the central archive of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence - the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.
