About approval of the List of the medicines allowed for use in Ukraine which are released without recipes from drugstores and their structural divisions
According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" and for the purpose of streamlining of leave of medicines from drugstores and their structural divisions I ORDER:
1. Approve the List of the medicines allowed for use in Ukraine which are released without recipes from drugstores and their structural divisions which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 18, 2019 No. 876 "About approval of the List of the medicines allowed for use in Ukraine, released without recipes from drugstores and their structural divisions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2019 at No. 509/33480.
3. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Taras Lyaskovsky):
1) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Sergey Dubrov.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
