About modification of the Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits and Rules of submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, item 4 of part four of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 2, 2012 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 at No. 1273/21585, the following changes:

1) in paragraph one of Item 6 of the Section III and paragraph one of Item 6 of the Section IV of the word and figures "till the 10th following reporting quarter, the member of fund provides" shall be replaced with words "the participant Fonda gives to Fund";

The word "worker" to replace 2) in line 1 of the table 2 of appendix 2 to this Provision with the word "calendar".

2. Approve changes in Rules of submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing the household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of June 18, 2020 No. 1158, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2020 at No. 831/35114, which are applied.

3. To submit to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
