About some questions of provision of premises of the citizens obliged to refund expenses on content of the children who are on the state providing for accommodation according to employment contracts of premises

Based on part three of Item 1 of article 129 of the Housing code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations on the conditions and procedure for money transfer received from provision according to employment contracts of premises of the citizens obliged to refund expenses on content of the children who are on the state providing, being owners of these premises on repayment of expenses on content of their children (are applied);

the standard agreement of hiring of premises (part of the premises) belonging to the obliged persons on the property right (is attached).

2. The Item is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 02.07.2020 No. 391

3. To republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2007.
