1. Approve the enclosed Standard rules of rendering the public assistance, establishment of its sizes and determination of the list of separate categories of the needing citizens (further – Standard rules).

2. To local executive bodies within two months from the date of enforcement of this resolution to develop rules of rendering the public assistance, establishment of its sizes and determination of the list of separate categories of the needing citizens according to Standard rules and to submit for approval in local representative bodies.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023 and is subject to official publication.
