According to Item 2 of the Action plan on implementation of the Management concept public finances of the Republic of Kazakhstan till 2030 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 10, 2022 No. 1005, I DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed Concept on asset management of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan till 2030.
2. To National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
