About approval of Rules of creation, maintaining and use of National registers of identification numbers
According to subitem 83-6) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 and subitem 135-1) of Item 14 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1120 it is ORDERED:
1. Approve:
1) Rules of creation, maintaining and use of the National register of individual identification numbers according to appendix 1 to this joint order;
2) Rules of creation, maintaining and use of the National register of business and identification numbers according to appendix 2 to this joint order.
2. To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan supervising the deputy minister.
