According to article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization", the subitem 4 of Item 2 of the Procedure and criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and the organizations which are crucial for the functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76, of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 No. 376 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 6, 2020 to No. 371), I order:

1. Approve Criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations relating to the sphere of management of Minreintegration which are important for industries of national economy during the special period.

2. To management of work with personnel and organizational development (Lutsyuk A. I.) together with Legal support department (Babenko A. N.) to provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
