Some questions of marking of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the enclosed new samples of brands of the excise tax for:

alcoholic beverages of national and import production;

tobacco products, tabakosoderzhashchy products for electric heating (TVEN) by means of heater with electronic control and the liquids used in electronic cigarettes, national and import production.

2. Bring in Item 5 of the Regulations on production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 27, 2010 No. 1251 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 35; 2020, No. 17, Art. 675, No. 89, Art. 2891; 2023, No. 40, the Art. 2155) added change.

3. To the State Tax Service:

provide production and sale since August 25, 2023 of brands of the excise tax of new sample for alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, tabakosoderzhashchy products for electric heating (TVEN) by means of heater with electronic control and the liquids used in electronic cigarettes, national and import production in accordance with the established procedure;
