About modification of the provisions approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1998 No. 391 and of April 19, 2017 No. 275

Bring in Regulations on the state monitoring system of the environment, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 30, 1998 No. 391 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 13, the Art. 495), and Regulations on the state ecological inspection of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 2017 No. 275 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 36, the Art. 1131), the enclosed changes.

1. To add Item 8 of the Regulations on the state monitoring system of the environment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1998 No. 391, with the paragraph of the following content:
"State ecoinspection - in the mode of response to emergency ecological situations in addition performs observation of state of environment or its components and provides operational informing the population on state of environment.".
2. To add item 4 of the Regulations on the state ecological inspection of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 2017 No. 275, with subitem 18-1 of the following content:
