Rules of consumer services of the population

General provisions

1. These rules determine the main requirements to consumer services of the population and establish features of regulation of the relations between the consumer and the contractor in provision of household services in the territory of Ukraine.

Action of these rules extends to the relations in the field of consumer services according to service provision agreements, performance of works (consumer work), hiring (lease), hire and to other agreements by agreement of the parties (further - the agreement).

2. In these rules terms are used in the following value:

object of provision of household services - specially equipped places for provision of household services located in separate fixed constructions, rooms of fixed constructions or in shoddy constructions for implementation of business activity according to the legislation;

consumer services of the population - the business activities of contractors connected with provision of household services;
