Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2796; 2016, No. 85, the Art. 2781), having added with its subitem 84-2 of the following content:
